John A. "Jack" Melchiorre, 63, of Phoenixville, PA passed away peacefully on Monday, February 17, 2014 at his home surrounded by his family. He was the husband of Susan L. (Hardy) Melchiorre.

He was born in Philadelphia to Joseph D. and Mary Elizabeth (Schlitzer) Melchiorre. He attended Pierce Business School and was employed as an accountant at Glasgow Inc. in Glenside, PA.

He was a loving family man and was father to Karen M. Melchiorre, of Phoenixville and John Melchiorre, of Chalfont; brother of Mary Ellen Melchiorre, wife of Mac Schaeffer, and Joseph Melchiorre, husband of JoRose Melchiorre; and uncle to two nephews and three nieces.

A Funeral Mass will be held on Friday, February 21, 2014 at 10:30 AM at St. Joseph R.C. Church, 3640 Schuylkill Rd. (Rt 724) Spring City, PA 19475. Officiating will be Rev. Charles R. O'Hara. Visitation will be held on Thursday evening from 7-8:30 PM at Campbell-Ennis-Klotzbach Funeral Home, Inc., Main St. at Fifth Avenue, Phoenixville, PA and on Friday morning at the Church from 9:15-10:15 AM. Burial will be in St. Ann Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are requested to Sister Servants of the Immaculate Heart of Mary, Camilla Hall, 1145 West King Road, Immaculata, PA 19345.
