John J. Milewski, husband of Donna M. (Sheplock) Milewski, of Phoenixville, Pennsylvania, passed away peacefully at home, surrounded by friends and family on Tuesday, April 20, 2021, after a two year battle with cancer. Born on April 14, 1954 in Norristown, he was the son of the late Roseann (Barnshaw) and John J. Milewski, Sr.
John was married to Susan E. (DiOrio) Milewski, who passed away in 2001, and together they had two daughters: Danielle, wife of Steve Markert III, of Phoenixville and Karla, wife of Joshua Martin, of Audubon. He married Donna in 2015. John is also survived by his five grandchildren: Breanna Martin and Jenna, Jack, Andrea and Sean Markert.
John served for over 20 years in the Army Reserves with the 157th Infantry Brigade Military Police Platoon and was a member of the Phoenixville VFW Post 1564. He was employed as an electrical sensor supervisor at IFM Efector Inc, in Exton, for 16 years until his 2014 retirement.
Although a quiet man, John knew how to have a good time. He loved music, particularly oldies, and was an avid dancer. John especially enjoyed traveling and cruises. His family and friends have many fond memories of their trips to Cancun and Punta Cana.
Relatives and friends will be received from 10:00 to 11:00am on Tuesday, April 27, 2021 at the Campbell-Ennis-Klotzbach Funeral Home, 610 South Main Street, Phoenixville. Rev. John Hutter will officiate the private memorial service at 11:00am.
