John J. Valko, age 71, of Spring City, PA, passed away on Tuesday, July 24, 2018 in the Southeastern Veterans' Center, Spring City. Born on October 28, 1946 in Phoenixville, PA, he was a son of the late John G. and Josephine (Matonick) Valko. John graduated from Phoenixville Area High School and served in the United States Air Force.

John is survived by three sisters, Ellen C. Valko of New York, NY, Paula B., wife of David Brown of West Chester, PA, and Mary Jo Valko-Warner, wife of Mark Warner of Pottstown, PA; two nieces and two nephews.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend his memorial mass at the St. Ann Chapel, 604 South Main Street, Phoenixville, Pennsylvania on Saturday, July 28, 2018 at 12:00 pm. Officiating will be Rev. John J. Newns. Burial will be held in the St. Ann Cemetery, Phoenixville. Friends will be received from 11:30 am - 12:00 pm Saturday in the Chapel. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in his name to the St. Ann Parish, 502 South Main Street, Phoenixville, PA 19460.
