Joseph E. Fisher, age 63, husband of Julie Fisher and the late Marianne (Schrot) Fisher, of Phoenixville, PA died Saturday morning, May 15, 2010 in the Phoenixville Hospital, Phoenixville, PA. Born in Philadelphia, he was a son of the late Joseph D. and Anna Fisher. He was a 1965 graduate of the St. James R.C. High School in Philadelphia. He graduate with a degree in Electrical Engineering from the Drexel University in 1970. Joe was an avid sailor and enjoyed spending time boating on the Chesapeake.

In addition to his wife of ten years, Mr. Fisher is survived by one daughter; Andrea C. "Ande" Fisher, of New York City, one son; Brian A. Fisher, of San Diego, CA.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Graveside Service at the Washington Memorial Chapel Churchyard on Rt. 23 in the Valley Forge National Park on Wednesday morning, May 19, 2010 at 11:00 AM. Officiating will be the Rev. Cynthia L. Krommes.
