Joyce A. (McGrory) Krompetz, age 65, of Collegeville, PA, died Friday evening, March 25, 2011 in her home after a long battle with Breast Cancer. Born in Beaufort, SC, she was a daughter of the late Francis and Anna (Gulotta) McGrory. She was a graduate of the Plymouth - Whitemarsh High School. Mrs. Krompetz worked as an accounts payable clerk for many years up until her recent illness. Mrs. Krompetz was an avid gardener. She enjoyed traveling to Cape May with her friends.

Mrs. Krompetz is survived by two daughters; Stephanie (Friscia), wife of Todd Van Horn, of Upper Pottsgrove Township, PA, Laura F. (Friscia) Scalise, of Phoenixville, PA, one sister; Mary, wife of the late Joe Dugan, of Plymouth Meeting, PA, three grandchildren and two nephews.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Memorial Service at the Cattermole-Klotzbach Funeral Home, 600 Washington Street, Royersford, PA on Tuesday morning, March 29, 2011 at 11:00 AM. Friends will be received from 10:00-11:00 AM Tuesday morning at the funeral home. Entombment will be held privately in the Good Shepherd Chapel Mausoleum at the Limerick Garden of Memories. In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be made in her name to the Phoenixville Cancer Center, 824 South Main Street, Phoenixville, PA 19460.
