Judith Elaine Bilyeu-Devlin. Born May 10th, 1942. Passed away April 10, 2026 at the age of 83 at Reading Hospital, Reading, PA.

Judy was predeceased by her loving husband Harry Devlin in 2007.

Judy is survived by her niece Tami Chamberlain-Rhoades and her nephew Peter Chamberlain, husband of Nancy, and her nephews Edward and Jeffrey Chamberlain. She is also survived by seven great-nieces and nephews.

She was the daughter of the late Harold D. Bilyeu Jr. and the late Elaine Day Trielo-Bilyeu-Chamberlain and was brother to the late Peter Bilyeu-Chamberlain.

Judy was born in West Philadelphia. She attended Huey Elementary School and graduated from John Bartram High School in Philadelphia.

Judy was employed at several dental care offices as well as being an entrepreneur, running several small craft businesses.

Her love for animals, especially her cats Daisy and Clancy was well known. She encouraged anyone wishing to leave a tribute or memorial gift to donate to the Pennsylvania SPCA.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend her Funeral Service, 10:30 am, Saturday April 18th at St. Peter's United Christ Church in Knauertown, PA. Friends will be received from 10-10:30 am.
