Judith Herbison Ward, age 79, wife of Marquise "Mark" Ward, of Royersford, PA, died Saturday, December 31, 2016 in the Columbia Cottage, Trappe, PA after a lengthy illness. Born on June 11, 1937 in Norristown, PA, she was a daughter of the late William and Agnes (Williams) Herbison. She was a 1955 graduate of A.D. Eisenhower High School in Norristown, PA. Mrs. Ward worked as a Teacher's Aid for the Chester County Intermediate Unit. She was a long time faithful member of the Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Church in Royersford. Mrs. Ward was very involved in many groups and organization in the Royersford Community over the years, more recently she was a member of the Red Hat Society and volunteered at Project Outreach.

Mrs. Ward is survived by six children, Michael D. (Maureen) Ward of Limerick, PA, Kevin (Beverly) Ward of Cape Coral, FL, Mark (Andrea) Ward of Warminster, PA, Shawn (Lisa) Ward of Royersford, PA, Sharon Ward of Pueblo, CO, Michelle Ward (David) O'Sullivan of Eagleville, PA; two sisters, Maureen Herbison Gutkowski, of Limerick, PA, Denise Herbison (Thomas) Walsh of Pennsburg, PA, fifteen grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Mrs. Ward was pre-deceased by Son, Brian Ward, husband of Gwendolyn Ward, of Royersford.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Mass at Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Church, 838 Walnut Street, Royersford, PA on Thursday, January 5, 2017 at 10:30 am. Officiating will be Rev. Peter J. DiMaria. Burial will be held in the Fernwood Cemetery, Royersford, PA. Friends will be received from 6:30 pm - 8:30 pm Wednesday at Cattermole - Klotzbach Funeral Home, 600 Washington Street, Royersford, PA or from 9-10:15 Thursday morning at the Church.
