Julia L. Gemma, formerly of Conshohocken, passed away on Sunday, May 9, 2010 at Manatawny Manor at age 89.

She was born in Conshohocken to the late Michael and Mary (Capello) Turssline. Julia was a devoted mother and and homemaker.

She is survived by her children: Joan A. Jackson and husband Rick, of Collegeville and Anthony J. Gemma Jr. and wife Mary Jo, of Royersford; sisters: Caroline Gennaria and husband Harvey, of Royersford and Teresa Kaminski and husband Stanley, of Conshohocken; three grandchildren: Shannon Lacy and husband Dennis, Colette Bartok and husband Dave and Sean Sauerbrey and wife Faye and three Great-Grandchildren, Samantha Lacy, Gianna Lacy and Lillian Bartok.

A visitation will be held on Friday, May 14, 2010 at Campbell-Ennis-Klotzbach Funeral Home, Inc., Main St. at Fifth Avenue, Phoenixville, PA from 8:30 till 9:30 AM followed by a Funeral Mass at Sts. Cosmas and Damian, W 5th Avenue and Maple Streets, Conshohocken, PA 19428 at 10:30 AM. Officiating will be Rev. Monsignor Gasper A. Genuardi. Burial will follow in Valley Forge Memorial Gardens.
