Karen M. Fain, age 50, wife of Michael L. Ozlek, of Phoenixville, PA passed away on Sunday, September 27, 2015 at home. Born in Overbrook, PA, she was a daughter of Kathleen (Walsh) Nachman of Sunbury, PA and Sid, husband of Linda Nachman of Florida.

Karen graduated from Gwynedd Mercy Academy High School. She attended Ithaca College, where she was a member of the crew team, and was a graduate of West Chester University with a Bachelor's in Education Degree. Most recently, she worked as a veterinary technician. Karen enjoyed kayaking and playing the ukulele.

In addition to her husband and parents, Karen is survived by six children, Anna Fain of Florida, Mary Kate Fain of Pottstown, Julie Anna Fain of Phoenixville, Elizabeth Fain of Phoenixville, Michael Fain of Phoenixville, and Lauren Fain of Phoenixville; three siblings, Jen, wife of Peter Maggio, Rob Nachman, and Andy Nachman; two grandchildren, Josh and Savannah; and six nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend her memorial service at the Grace Assembly of God, 1271 West Bridge Street, Spring City, PA 19475 on Thursday, October 1, 2015 at 5:00 PM. Officiating will be the Rev. Jack A. Mason. Friends will be received at the church from 4:00-5:00 PM. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in her name to the American Cancer Society, 1615 West Chester Pike, Suite 102, West Chester, PA 19382.
