Karl E. Simmers, Sr. 86 of Coventryville, PA went home to be with his Lord and Savior
Wednesday, February 21, 2024.
He was born November 9, 1937 in Elverson to Frederick and Madeline (Wanner) Simmers. He attended Warwick High School, Knauertown, PA.
He was a carpenter and enjoyed woodworking, camping and loved spending time with his grandchildren.
In addition to his wife, Helen (Downing), of 63 years he is survived by his children, Karl
Simmers, Jr., Lori Covatta and husband John, Tami Seldomridge and husband Chris,
grandchildren: Anthony Covatta, Sean Covatta, Adam Covatta, Erin Echard and husband Logan, and Ryan Seldomridge. He is also survived by his brother Larry Simmers, and sister Ann
Evangelista.
At the request of the family, services will be private. Arrangements are being handled by the Cattermole - Klotzbach Funeral Home. Condolences may be offered online at www.RoyersfordFuneralHome.com.
