Kathleen M. (Shelly) Dobson, age 64, wife of Richard D. Dobson, died suddenly of natural causes at her home in East Pikeland on Sunday, April 25, 2010. Born in Woodbury, NJ, she was a daughter of the late Robert E. and Nancy J. Shelly. She was a 1962 graduate of the Twin Valley High School. Mrs. Dobson worked as a nursing assistant at the Pottstown Hospital and worked as an Emergency Room clerk at the Phoenixville Hospital for over 14 years. She also volunteered as a paramedic for many years at Goodwill ambulance in Pottstown. Mrs. Dobson had numerous hobbies throughout her life, including, Bingo, Golfing, Bowling, and watching movies. She was a fan of the Phillies and enjoyed listening to music, especially Journey and Elvis.

In addition to her husband of 22 years, Mrs. Dobson is survived by two sons; Charles W., husband of Renee (Curren) Leininger, of Phoenixville, Paul R., husband of Connie (Zook) Leininger, of East Earl Township, seven grandchildren and one great granddaughter.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Memorial Service at the Campbell - Ennis - Klotzbach Funeral Home, Inc., Main Street at Fifth Avenue, Phoenixville, PA on Friday morning, April 30, 2010 at 11:00 AM. Burial will be held privately at the convenience of the family. Friends will be received from 10:00 - 11:00 AM, Friday morning at the funeral home.
