Kathleen F. Frizzell, age 85, wife of the late Thomas F. Frizzell, of Spring City, PA, passed away on Sunday, June 4, 2023 in the Phoenixville Hospital. Born on June 12, 1938 in Phoenixville, she was a daughter of the late Joseph and Catherine (Taylor) Fogarty.

Mrs. Frizzell was a graduate of Villa Maria Academy, and loved by many close friends and family, especially for her kindness and joy. She was cheerfully known for her soprano singing voice and was often a wedding soloist and a member of several choirs. She worked for over 35 years in the medical field for several doctors' offices in the Phoenixville area. Mrs. Frizzell was a faithful member of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Spring City.

She was proud of her Irish heritage, and she enjoyed all things Irish. She loved the town of Phoenixville and as a bit of a history buff, she liked learning about the history of both Phoenixville and Philadelphia. She was an avid Phillies fan, and she was a member of the Red Hat Society. Most of all, she cherished the time spent with her grandchildren and her family.

Mrs. Frizzell is survived by one daughter, Jennifer A., wife of Joseph DiGuglielmo, Esq.; two grandchildren, Tessa Rose DiGuglielmo and Perry James DiGuglielmo. She was preceded in death by two children, Brian L. Frizzell in 2002 and Mary Katherine Frizzell in 2020. She was also preceded in death by one brother, Joseph Lawrence "Larry" Fogarty.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend her funeral service at the St. Joseph Roman Catholic Church, 3640 Schuylkill Road, Spring City, PA 19475 on Wednesday, June 14, 2023 at 11:00 am. Officiating will be Rev. Charles O'Hara. Burial will follow in the St. Ann Cemetery, Phoenixville, PA. Friends will be received from 10:00 am - 10:45 am at the Church.
