Kathryn E. (Miller) Houck, 98, wife of the late William D. Houck, of East Coventry, formerly Kimberton, passed away on Wednesday, February 11, 2015, in the Manatawny Manor. Born in West Vincent, Chester County, she was the daughter of the late John C. and Eva Mae (Emery) Miller.

Kathryn was a member of Centennial Lutheran Church, Kimberton, where she was involved with the Dorcas Society. At one time she was an organist at Mt. Carmel United Methodist Church. A homemaker, she enjoyed crafting, decorating and spending time with her family.

Mrs. Houck is survived by her grandchildren, Michael D., husband of Kristina Houck, of East Vincent and Michelle L., wife of Drew Kalocai, of Ellicott City, MD, five great grandchildren, Taggart, Kennedy, Beckett, Brianna and Logan. She was preceded in death by her son, Derek R., husband of Trudy Houck, of East Coventry.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend her funeral service at Centennial Lutheran Church, Hares Hill and Coldstream Roads on Monday, February 16, 2015, at 10:30 am with the Rev. Gerald L. Tancredi officiating. Friends will be received from 10:00-10:30 am. Interment will be held privately at the convenience of the family.
