Kathy Ann Mengel, 57, of Limerick, formerly Eagleville, passed away on Tuesday, January 27, 2009, in her residence. Born in Phoenixville, she was a daughter of the late Henry A. and Jean M. (Rice) Mengel. Her mother passed away when Kathy was a young child.

Ms. Mengel was a 1970 graduate of Methacton High School. She was employed as an administrative assistant for Maille Falconiero and Company, in Mont Clare, for over 30 years. She had a great sense of humor and loved to shop. She enjoyed fixing up her new home and spending time with her family dog.

Ms. Mengel is survived by her mother and step-father, Kathleen and James Moyer, of Linfield, son, Jeffrey S. Mengel, of Limerick, sister, Cheryl, wife of Robert Mattiola, of Trappe, two brothers, George, husband of Donna Mengel, of Gilbertsville and David, husband of Donna Mengel, of Upper Providence, and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her brother Robert Mengel.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend her funeral service at the Campbell-Ennis-Klotzbach Funeral Home, Inc., Main Street at Fifth Avenue, Phoenixville, on Friday, January 30, 2009, at 11:00 a.m. Officiating will be Pastor Ronald Coulton. Interment will follow in the Morris Cemetery. Friends will be received from 9-30-11:00 a.m. at the funeral home.
