Kristin Day (Cabot) Johnson, age 39, wife of Kevin A. Johnson, of Boyertown, passed away on Thursday, May 15, 2014 in the Seasons Hospice, Phoenixville. Born in Phoenixville, she was a daughter of John Dennis and Beverly J. (Baird) Cabot of Gilbertsville.

Kristin grew up around and loving horses. She had an affection for all animals, especially her dogs and cats. Kristin excelled in multiple programs through 4-H. She enjoyed karaoke and vacationing at the beach with family. Her laugh was infectious, and spending time with her son was the most important thing to her. In the past few years, Kristin has been very strong while fighting her illness. She courageously battled, never giving up, and always remaining positive in her outlook on life.

In addition to her husband, Kristin is survived by one son, Kellin J. Johnson at home; one sister, Denielle, wife of Ryan Brader of Gilbertsville; nephew Dyllan Brader; paternal grandmother Florence Cabot; and maternal grandparents James W. and Sara Jane Baird.

Relatives and friends are invited at attend her memorial service at the Campbell-Ennis-Klotzbach Funeral Home, Inc., Main Street at Fifth Avenue, Phoenixville, PA on Wednesday, May 21, 2014 at 4:00 PM. Officiating will be the Rev. Gil Vining. Friends will be received at the funeral home from 2:30-4:00 PM.
