L. Elizabeth (Rosensteel) Gamon, age 78, of Zieglerville, passed away on Saturday, January 26, 2008 , in the Pottstown Memorial Medical Center .? She was the wife of the late Albert Thomas Gamon, who passed away in 1987.?
Born in Fredericksburg , VA , she was a daughter of the late Theodore Albertus and Hester Elizabeth (Rohme) Rosensteel.Mrs. Gamon attended school in Lewistown , PA and was a graduate from Bryn Mawr Hospital School of Nursing.? She was employed as an RN for Schwenksville School District and the Norristown Visiting Nurses, then as director/administrator for the Peter Wentz Farmstead until her retirement.?
?She was a member of Questers, Daughters of the American Revolution, the Peter Wentz Farmstead Society, and Jerusalem Lutheran Church .
Mrs. Gamon is survived by son Thomas IV, husband of Cheryl Gamon, of Schwenksville, daughter Patricia Donnell Dabruzzo, of Perkiomenville, sister Patricia Ann Mackey, of Strafford, Five Grandchildren, Thomas V, and his wife Kori?and Danielle Gamon, Alicia, Jessica, and Robert Dabruzzo, and three Great-Grandchildren, Kali, Shelby , and Thomas VI.? She?was also preceded in death?by a great-grandson,?Damien Alexander in 2005.??
