Lawrence "Gary" Britcher, age 71, deeply loved husband of Jane (Flack) Britcher, passed away on Friday, June 7, 2024 at the Paoli Hospital. The son of the late Jeanne (Tyson) and Lawrence Britcher, Jr., he was raised in Upper Providence and graduated from Spring-Ford Senior High School in 1970. He was the father of Michael, husband of Jaime Britcher and Brian, husband of Emily Britcher, and the proud grandfather of four granddaughters and one grandson. He was preceded in death by his sister, Joyce Miley, mother of his niece.

A bricklayer by trade, he was the owner of L. Gary Britcher Masonry since 1980, and later President of L. Gary Britcher Masonry, Inc. His legacy includes a number of commercial, industrial, educational, and residential buildings in the area. He was most proud of the number of bricklayers he trained in the trade, especially his sons. An avid hunter and saltwater fisherman, he was active, vibrant, and engaged throughout his life. His death leaves a void that will be difficult to fill.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend his memorial service on Friday, June 14, 2024 at 11:00 am at the Cattermole-Klotzbach Funeral Home, 600 Washington Street, Royersford, PA 19468. Officiating will be Rev. James Roth. Burial will follow in the Limerick Garden of Memories. Friends will be received from 10:00 am - 11:00 am on Friday at the funeral home.
