Lewin M. "Lew" Deery, age 85, husband of Daryl R. (Detwiler) Deery, of Royersford, PA, passed away at home on Friday, September 16, 2022 in the Keystone Villa, Douglassville, PA. Born on January 17, 1937 in Phoenixville, PA, he was a son of the late Lewin B. and Mildred (Bechtel) Deery.

Mr. Deery was a 1954 graduate of Royersford High School, and graduated from Peirce Business School in Philadelphia. He worked for Plotts' Energy in Royersford for 25 years, and as an Associate Broker for various local real estate agencies for 35 years. He was a member of the Spring-Ford Rotary Club, Royersford Fire Department, Spring City VFW, Liberty Firehouse in Spring City and many other Spring-Ford organizations.

In addition to his wife Daryl of 63 years, Mr. Deery is survived by two daughters, Wendy L., wife of the late Jeffrey T. Miller of Douglassville , PA and Lisa M., wife of Edward J. Ciano of North Coventry, PA; one sister, Jeanette Hopkins of Harrisburg, PA; and three grandchildren, Ashley Feick, Jeffrey T. Miller Jr., and Nicole K. Ciano and two great grandchildren, Ava Feick and Caspian Miller.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend his memorial service at the Cattermole-Klotzbach Funeral Home, 600 Washington Street, Royersford, PA on Monday, October 3, 2022 at 12:30 pm. Friends will be received from 11:00 am - 12:30 pm at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in his name to the Spring-Ford Area Rotary Club, P.O.
