Lilliam M. (Siurano) Velazquez, age 80, of Spring City, Pennsylvania, passed away on Wednesday, May 4, 2022 in Paoli Hospital. Born on April 5, 1942 in Adjuntas, Puerto Rico, she was a daughter of the late Maria Dolores (Luciano) and Josue A. Siurano.

Lilliam cared deeply for others and had been employed as a registered nurse. Strong in her faith and a Godly woman, she was a longtime member of the Royersford Baptist Church. She loved cooking, gardening and plants, listening to music and animals. However, her greatest love was for her family. Lilliam was steadfast and patient, which is why everyone came to her when they needed something. She was the Matriarch of her family and loved family time spent together.

Lilliam is survived by her sons: Rafael A. Velazquez, husband of Marilina Mancini, of Upper Darby, PA, Joshua R. Velazquez, husband of Leona Camacho, of Philadelphia, PA and Gene, husband of Amy Wheeler, of Spring City, PA; eleven grandchildren: Brenna, Summer, James, Devin, Noah, Christian, Haley, Sebastian, Emily, Sophia and Shawn; and her husband Rafael O. Velazquez, of Philadelphia. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her beloved sister: Mabel Siurano.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend her graveside service on Wednesday, May 11, 2022, at 1:00 pm, at Fernwood Cemetery, 988 Township Line Road, Royersford, Pennsylvania. Officiating will be the Rev. Gary Dierolf.
