Lloyd Vernon Swavely Jr., age 66, of North Wales, Pennsylvania, passed away on Friday, July 24, 2026, in the Horsham Center for Jewish Life. Born on February 7, 1960, in Pottstown, he was the son of the late Nancy Elaine (Smoyer) and Lloyd Vernon Swavely, Sr.

A graduate of Lincoln Technical Institute, Lloyd had been employed as an electronics repairman. He was an avid hunter and fisherman and in his younger years volunteered with the Linfield Fire Company.

An true fan of fantasy and the world of tabletop gaming, Lloyd spent much of his free time crafting a world of storytelling for his friends and became a true master of games such as Dungeons and Dragons. Lloyd patiently hand-painted many figurines bringing his passion of fantasy and storytelling to life.

Lloyd is survived by his sister: Linda, wife of Timothy Bieber; and numerous cousins.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Lloyd's name to the Limerick Fire Department Mack Restoration Fund, 390 W. Ridge Pike, Limerick, PA 19468.
