Lois Ann Anderson, age 86, wife of the late Donald C. Anderson, of Phoenixville, PA, passed away on Tuesday, December 18, 2018 at home. Born on September 7, 1932 in Akron, OH, she was a daughter of the late Donald D. and Melba L. (Ketcher) Edmunds.

Mrs. Anderson was a member for over 50 years at the Valley Forge United Methodist Church. She had belonged to the former Powderhorn Flower Club, and enjoyed crafting and flower arranging. She had also played the piano and enjoyed listening to classical music. She was a very charitable woman, often donating to many animal organizations.

Mrs. Anderson is survived by two children, Susan C. Anderson of Phoenixville, PA and David R., husband of Victoria E. Anderson of Downingtown, PA; two grandchildren, Rane and Sailor Anderson; one sister-in-law, Barbara Edmunds; one brother-in-law, Robert Anderson; and two nephews and three nieces. She was preceded in death by one brother, Richard Edmunds and one sister, Lora Jean (Edmunds) Reeves.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend her memorial service at the Valley Forge United Methodist Church, 1890 Valley Forge Road, Valley Forge, PA on Saturday, December 22, 2018 at 11:00 am. Officiating will be Rev. Dr. Jim R. Hallam. Burial will be held privately. Friends will be received from 10:00 am - 11:00 am Saturday at the church.
