Louis A. Stifnell, age 85, husband of the late Elizabeth (Blair) Stifnell, of Limerick, PA, passed away on Wednesday, July 20, 2022 in the Promedica Total Rehab, Exton, PA. Born on April 20, 1937 in Norristown, PA, he was a son of the late Louis A. Sr. and Josephine (Ricciandone) Stifnell.

Mr. Stifnell attended Norristown High School. He worked as a crane operator at Phoenix Steel until operating his own auto body shop, Advance Auto Body in Norristown, PA for many years. A jack-of-all trades, he enjoyed tinkering and was able to work on and fix anything. He loved history, nature, and animals including his beloved dogs. He enjoyed hunting, taking walks, and was a talented artist who enjoyed drawing and painting.

Mr. Stifnell is survived by four children, Louis A. Jr., husband of Patricia Stifnell of Green Lane, PA, Janet A., wife of Thomas Stafford of Douglassville, PA, Beth Ann Radcliffe of Eagleville, PA, and Lisa A., wife of Salvatore Cione of Limerick, PA; seven grandchildren, Stacey (Michael), Thomas, Luke, Amanda, Alexandria, Jayde, and Salvatore; eight great-grandchildren, Kaitlyn, Evan, Derek, Mason, Analyn, Michael, Teegan, and Grace; one sister, Joann Radcliffe; and many nieces and nephews. Mr. Stifnell was preceded in death by one grandson, Louis III, two brothers and two sisters.

Funeral services will be held privately at the convenience of the family.
