Malcolm E. Lilly, age 63, of Dimock, PA passed away on Thursday, January 12, 2012 in the Geisinger Medical Center, Danville, PA. Born in Lowell, MA, he was a son of the late Cecil R. and Gertrude M. (Petty) Lilly.
Mr. Lilly proudly served in the United States Navy aboard the USS Saratoga in the Mediterranean during the Vietnam era. "Mal" graduated from Lowell High School where he was a member of the Cadet Officers. He loved spending time with his family, enjoyed nature, and was a Cub Master for the Scouts. He was best known for his sense of humor, wit and cooking.
Mr. Lilly is survived by one daughter, Nadine; three sons, Nathan E. (Sophiny), Christopher W. (Laura), and Adam R. (Catherine); three sisters, Constance (NH), Shirley (MA), and Lois (MA); two brothers, Wayne (NH) and John (UT); eleven grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by siblings Ray, Norma, Carolyn, and Sandra.
Relatives and friends will be received from 6:30-8:00 PM and are invited to attend his funeral service at 8:00 PM at the Cattermole-Klotzbach Funeral Home, 600 Washington Street, Royersford, PA on Wednesday evening, January 18, 2012.
