Margaret A. (Harrington) Lenart, 83, of Santee, CA, formerly of Phoenixville, died on Thursday morning at Pottstown Memorial Medical Center.? She was the widow of Frank J. Lenart Sr. who died in 1990.?
She was born in Phoenixville, a daughter of the late James and Helen (Stelzer) Harrington.? Margaret was employed as a licensed practical nurse at the former Valley Forge Army Hospital and Dover Air Force Base.?
She is survived by her children: Mary Ann, widow of Daniel Buttaro II, of Scranton, PA, Frank J., Jr., husband of Huong Lenart, of Texas, Richard T., husband of Debra Lenart, with whom she resided in Santee, CA, and William R., husband of Shirley Lenart, of Virginia, a sister: Hettie Buckwalter, of Hampton, VA; brother: Robert Harrington, of Pottstown; grandchildren: Frank III, Joanne, Rose Ann, Daniel III, Marc, Beth, Stefanie, Heather, Jennifer and Michael, and many great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.?
Her funeral service will be held on Thursday at 11 AM at the St. Matthew's Evangelical Lutheran Church, 2440 Conestoga Road (Rt.401), Chester Springs, PA 19425.? Officiating will be the Rev. Tina L. Mackie.? Interment will be in St. Matthews E.L.C. Cemetery.?
