Margaret G. "Peggy" Scheetz, 59, of Limerick, passed away on Thursday, March 31, 2011, in the Phoenixville Hospital. Born in Phoenixville, she was a daughter of the late Raymond C. Butler and Madeline H. (Benedetto) Butler, of Phoenixville.
Peggy was employed in soup sanitation for Chef Francisco of PA, in King of Prussia, a division of H. J. Heinz Company L.P., for twenty nine years. She was also employed by DeCarlo and Marchese, owners of Sherman Court Apartments in Phoenixville, where she was manager for twenty two and a half years.
She loved her home that she shared with Gino, her flower gardens and her butterfly plants.
She also loved her artwork, drawing, and painting, her dog, Daisy, and her house down at the shore in Sea Isle City, NJ.
In addition to her mother, Peggy is survived by her daughter, Angel Wagner of Birdsboro, grandchildren, Zacharie and Emilie, sisters, Gail Forehand and Barbara Butler, brothers, Barry, Freddie, and Sammy Butler and David Gardner, and her fiancé of 28 years, Gino Battisto. She was preceded in death by a brother, Raymond Butler.
A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, April 6, 2011, at 10:30 a.m., at the Campbell-Ennis-Klotzbach Funeral Home, Inc., Main Street at Fifth Avenue, Phoenixville, with the Rev. Thomas W. Summers officiating. Friends will be received from 9:30-10:30 a.m. Memorial gifts may be made in Peggy's name to the Phoenixville Cancer Center, 824 S.
