Maria A. Kaplow, wife of Bart S. Kaplow, of Phoenixville, PA, died Wednesday, September 9, 2015 in her home.

Born on June 3, 1939 in Mercerville, NJ, she was the daughter of the late Michael and Elvira (Tucci) DeCavalcante. She attended Princeton University. Mrs. Kaplow was employed as an executive with Cooper Biomedical Corp.

Maria was a very spiritual person. She possessed real values and operated on a "do things right the first time" basis. She was highly respected by others because of her direct and truthful manner.

Mrs. Kaplow is survived by Daughter, Allison Dougherty and her husband Michael of Exton, PA; Son, Matthew Haines and his wife RuthAnne, of Bonita Springs, FL; Grandchildren: Michelle, John and Joseph. Maria was preceded in death by her daughter, Pamela Lynn Haines.
