Marie (Raser) Bloomquist, age 91, wife of Eugene F. Bloomquist, of 67 years, of East Pikeland Township, PA died Friday, July 8, 2011 in the Phoenixville Hospital, Phoenixville, PA. Born in Phoenixville, she was a daughter of the late Owen and Ella (Taney) Raser. Mrs. Bloomquist was a graduate of the Phoenixville High School. She was a member of the Phoenixville Hospital Ladies Auxiliary, The Kimberton Fire Company Ladies Auxiliary. She enjoyed traveling and shopping in King of Prussia. She loved the time she could spend with her grandchildren and entire family.



Mrs. Bloomquist is survived by one daughter; Bonnie Kirk, of Phoenixville, three sons; Ronald, husband of Margaret Bloomquist, of Brooksville, FL, Gerald, husband of JoAnn, of Oaks, PA, Kirby, husband of Caroline Bloomquist, of East Coventry, PA, eight grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews. Mrs. Bloomquist was pre-deceased by two brother and two sisters.



Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Funeral Service at the Campbell-Ennis-Klotzbach Funeral Home, Inc., Main Street at Fifth Avenue, Phoenixville, PA on Wednesday, July 13, 2011 at 11:00AM. Burial will be in the Bethel United Methodist Church Cemetery, Spring City, PA. Friends will be received from 10:00 - 11:00 AM Wednesday morning at the funeral home.
