Marie H. Fazik, age 79, wife of the late Stephen J. Fazik, of Phoenixville, PA, passed away on Monday, April 17, 2017 in Jeanes Hospital, Philadelphia. Born on November 26, 1937 in Philadelphia, PA, she was a daughter of the late Charles and Frances (Novak) Harris. She was a graduate of Hallahan High School in Philadelphia and was a member of St. Ann Catholic Church in Phoenixville. She enjoyed life and spending time with her family. She was a generous soul who was loved and will be greatly missed.

Mrs. Fazik is survived by one sister, Frances R. Marino of Rockledge, PA; two sister-in-laws, Diane Fazik and Sabia Buchannan; and many Nieces, Nephews, Great-Nieces and Great-Nephews. She was preceded in death by three siblings.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend her funeral mass at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 148 Church Street, Phoenixville, PA on Saturday, April 22, 2017 at 11:00 am. Officiating will be Rev. Joseph A. Heim. Burial will be held in the St. Ann Cemetery, Phoenixville, PA. Friends will be received from 9:45 am - 10:45 am Saturday at the church. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in her name to the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
