Marie R. (DeMarco) Ralston, age 79, wife of the late Arthur E. Ralston, Jr.. of Phoenixville, PA died suddenly on Thursday morning, May 21st, 2015 in the Phoenixville Hospital, Phoenixville, PA. Born in South Philadelphia, PA, she was a daughter of the late John and Adeline (Gambone) DeMarco. She was a 1953 graduate of the South Philadelphia High School. Mrs. Ralston was a very active member of the St. Ann Roman Catholic Church in Phoenixville. She enjoyed watching all Philadelphia Sports. She loved and adored the time she spent with her grandchildren.

Mrs. Ralston is survived by two children: Maria R., wife of Robert D. Opalkowski, of Phoenixville, PA; Thomas, husband of Richelle (Burden) Ralston, of Sewell, NJ; three grandchildren: Gabriella M., Gianna A. Nicholas R. Opalkowski, all at home in Phoenixville. Mrs. Ralston was pre-deceased by two siblings: Robert Forcina and Rita Miraglia.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Memorial Mass at the St. Ann Chapel, 604 South Main Street, Phoenixville, PA on Saturday May 30th, 2015 at 10AM. Officiating will be the Rev. John J. Newns. Entombment will be in the Sacred Heart Cemetery, Phoenixville, PA. Friends will be received from 8:30 – 9:45 AM Saturday morning at the Chapel. In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be made in her name to the St. Ann Church, 502 Main Street, Phoenixville, PA 19460.
