Mary Alice Miller (Packer), age 70, wife of the late David Packer, of Oaks, PA passed away on Saturday, November 23, 2013 in the Phoenixville Hospital. Born in Johnstown, PA, she was a daughter of the late William C. and Mary E. (Friant) Boyer.

Mary Alice was a member of the Green Tree Church of the Brethren on Oaks. She was a member of the Phoenixville VFW Post #1564 and the Friendship Fire Company in Royersford. She loved spending time with her family and grandchildren, and enjoyed the mountains and the outdoors.

Mary Alice is survived by three children, William C. Miller Sr. of Eagleville, Larry E. Miller of Lansdale, and Trishia A. Miller of Norristown; four grandchildren, William C. Jr., Kevin, Travis Jr., and Brittany; five sisters and one brother; several nieces and nephews; and her loving dog Babe. She was preceded in death by one son, Travis K. Miller.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend her memorial service at the Green Tree Church of the Brethren, 1078 Egypt Road, Oaks, PA 19456 on Saturday, December 14, 2013 at 11:00 AM. Officiating will be the Rev. Dr. David A. Leiter. Friends will be received at the church from 10:00-11:00 AM. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in her name to the Church at the above address.
