Mary Jane (Saylor) Eppehimer, beloved wife of Havard Eppehimer passed away on Thursday, March 4, 2010, at the Frederick Mennonite Community surrounded by her family.

Born in Pottstown, PA, Mary Jane was a daughter of the late William E. and Florence Julia (Bauer) Sailer. She graduated from Spring City High School Class of 1943 and was Valedictorian of her class. She resided in this local area her entire life. She was a member of the Valley Forge Baptist Temple. Mrs. Eppehimer enjoyed reading, sewing, cooking, birds, crossword puzzles, but most of all spending time with her family.

In addition to her husband Havard, Mary Jane is survived by 3 daughters, Margaret wife of Charles Dillon of Orlando Florida, Joan Hannevig of Pottstown, PA and Ann wife of David Dilworth of East Coventry. A son, Daniel L. Sr. husband of Lynne Eppehimer of Gilbertsville. She is also survived by 2 sisters, Eleanor Moyer of Chaddsford, and Nancy Gable of Quarryville. 13 Grandchildren, 14 Great Grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

Mrs. Eppehimer was predeceased by a sister Pauline Swigert and two brothers William Saylor Jr. and Robert Saylor.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Memorial Service on Tuesday, March 9, 2010 at 10:30 A.M. at the Frederick Mennonite Community, Route 73, Upper Hanover Twp. The Rev. Jack Tomkinson will officiate. Family will receive friends from 9:30-10:30 A.M. at the Frederick Mennonite Community. Interment will be private at the convenience of the family in the Limerick Garden Of Memories. In lieu of flowers the family requests that contributions be made in Mary Jane's Memory to the Benevolence Fund of the Frederick Mennonite Home, 2849 Big Rd, Frederick, PA 19435.
