Mary E. (Hallman) Peck, 89, widow of the late Jeremiah Peck, of Pennsburg, formerly Pottstown, passed away on Monday, October 20, 2008, in the St. Luke's Hospital, Quakertown.? Born in East Coventry, she was a daughter of the late Charles I. and Clara (Johnson) Hallman.

Mrs. Peck was a former member of St. Matthew's Lutheran Church, Chester Springs, and enjoyed gardening and collecting owls.? She loved spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchilren.

Mrs. Peck is survived by daughter A. Jean Bonnema, of Pottstown, son Jerry D. Peck, Sr., of Spring City, sister Laura Miller, of Pottstown, brothers John, Harry, and James Hallman, all of Pottstown, four grandchildren, Daryle (Turner) Klimas, of Gilbertsville, Kimberly Brobst, of East Coventry, Jerry D. Peck, Jr., of Spring City, and Gregory A. Peck, of Douglassville, seven great-grandchildren, Dara Colledge, Ashley and Rachel Brobst, Alexander Klimas, and Travis, Megan, and Melissa Peck, and one great-great grandchild.? She was preceded in death by three sisters and one brother.
