Mary Valencia (Hinchey) Marrella, age 94, wife of the late Joseph C. Marrella, of Limerick, passed away on Wednesday, September 29, 2021 in Phoenixville Hospital. Born on January 13, 1927 in Bryn Mawr, she was the daughter of the late Kathryn (Soley) and John Hinchey.

Valencia was employed in mortgage processing for Bryn Mawr Trust until her retirement. She had been a devoted member of Good Shepherd Church, Rosemont, and then Epiphany Church, Royersford. For many years, Valencia was a member of the Woman's Club of Royersford. In her spare time, she was an avid reader and loved baking.

Valencia is survived by her daughter: Mary C. "Sherri" Quinlan, wife of the late William R. Quinlan Sr., of Limerick, two grandsons: William R. Quinlan Jr., and his wife Sharon, of Pottstown and Dwight D. Quinlan, and his wife Cindi, of Summerfield, NC; and five great-grandchildren: Rachel M. Quinlan, Sean R. Quinlan, Kendal H. Quinlan, Mason W. Quinlan and Natalie G. Quinlan. In addition to her husband and parents, Valencia was preceded in death by her brothers: John and William Hinchey.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend her memorial service on Friday, November 19, 2021 at 11:00 am, at the Cattermole - Klotzbach Funeral Home, 600 Washington Street, Royersford. Officiating will be the Rev. Beth W. Hixon. Friends will be received from 10:00 - 11:00 at the funeral home.
