MaryAnn H. McArthur, age 77, wife of Donald G. McArthur, of Pottstown, PA, passed away on Friday, December 15, 2023 in the Pottstown Hospital. Born on February 25, 1946 in Norristown, PA, she was the daughter of the late Rose (Rowland) and Robert Pollinger Sr.

MaryAnn attended Saint Ann School of Phoenixville, and she worked as a waitress at the Vale-Rio Diner for many years until her retirement. She was an avid bingo player, and she enjoyed completing puzzles, painting-by-number, and making crochet dolls. She enjoyed spending time with her family and taking camping trips with her husband Don. She cherished the time she spent with her grandchildren, and was grateful to have had the ability of helping watch them as they grew.

In addition to her husband, MaryAnn is survived by her children, Michelle Miller, Melissa, wife of Bob Walton, Melanie Ludy, Elbert "Bill" Devine, and Steve, husband of Michelle Austin; thirteen grandchildren and many great-grandchildren; and one brother, Robert Jr., husband of Julie Pollinger, and their children, her treasured niece and nephew Jennifer, wife of Lenny Simcox, and Robert Pollinger III. She was preceded in death by two children, Penny Austin and James McArthur; and one granddaughter, Jessica Walton.
