Mildred J. Dellaquila, age 85, of Phoenixville, PA, passed away on Tuesday evening, January 12, 2016 at home. Born on October 5, 1930 in Norristown, PA, she was a daughter of the late Alfred and Elsie (Eastburn) Kelso.

Mildred was a member of the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses in Phoenixville, and had retired from the Phoenixville Hospital after 30 years in the billing department.

Mildred is survived by three Daughters, Renee M., wife of Thomas Giordano of Phoenixville, PA, Lynette J. Duckhart of Pittsfield, MA, Gayle E. Beaver, wife of Angie Sheets of Spring City, PA; four sons, Robert L., husband of Diane Blattner of Phoenixville, PA, Jeffrey P. Blattner of Pottstown, PA, Darryl C. Blattner of Pittsfield, MA, and Eric M., husband of Danielle Dellaquila of IL; ten grandchildren and six great grandchildren.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend her memorial service at the Campbell-Ennis-Klotzbach Funeral Home, Inc., Main Street at Fifth Avenue, Phoenixville on Friday, January 29, 2016 at 11:00 AM. Burial will take place privately at the convenience of the family. Friends will be received at the funeral home from 10:00-11:00 AM.
