Mildred J. Jones, age 88, wife of Edwin E. Jones, of Lafayette Hill, PA, died Thursday, February 2, 2017 in the Masonic Village at Lafayette Hill. Born on February 14, 1928 in Philadelphia, PA, she was a daughter of the late William and Vivien (Johnson) Love. She was a graduate of Kensington High School Class of 1946. Mrs. Jones worked as the Head of Reservations for The Franklin Institute until her retirement. She then worked for the Chapel of the Four Chaplains. She was a member of East Vincent United Church of Christ. She was a Past Matron of the Order of the Eastern Star Signet Chapter No. 129.
Mrs. Jones is survived by her husband of 69 years. Two Daughters, Janice L., wife of Lawrence Baker of Downingtown, PA, Deborah J., wife of Joseph Kowalko of Phoenixville, PA; Son, Bruce E., husband of Diane Jones of Quakertown, PA; Nine Grandchildren; Three Great-Grandchildren. Mrs. Jones was pre-deceased by Sister, Vivien Everman.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Funeral Ceremony at Campbell-Ennis-Klotzbach Funeral Home, Inc., 610 South Main Street, Phoenixville, PA on Friday, February 10, 2017 at 10:00 am. Officiating will be Rev. James R. Roth. Burial will be held in the East Vincent United Church of Christ Cemetery, Spring City, PA.
