Nancy (Beamer) Dill, age 82, of Kimberton, PA passed away on Saturday evening, October 5, 2013. Born in Boston, MA, she was a daughter of the late Otho Felton Beamer and Eleanor Thompson (Hedrick) Beamer.

Nancy was a teacher, geologist, and lover of nature and botany. She graduated from Vassar College in 1953. She was a founding teacher of the High School at the Kimberton Farms (Waldorf) (Farm) School, now Kimberton Waldorf School. She taught at Kimberton from 1964-1981. Nancy was also the director of the Hawthorne Valley Visiting Students Farm Program in Harlemville, NY from 1982-1995. Nancy held membership in the Daughter's of the American Revolution.

Nancy is survived by one daughter, Nancy Dill Miller; three sons, Blair, Andy, and Mark Dill; seven grandchildren, two nephews, and one niece. She was preceded in death by one brother, Lane Felton Beamer.

Nancy's funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 8, 2013 at 4:00 PM at the Rose Hall, Camphill Village Kimberton Hills, 1601 Pughtown Road, Kimberton, PA 19442.
