Nancy C. O'Brien, age 57, of Phoenixville, PA, passed away on Thursday, July 10, 2025 at home surrounded by her loving family. Born on December 27, 1967 in Phoenixville, PA, she was a daughter of Morris and Carol (Quay) Simes of Phoenixville.

Nancy was a graduate of the Northern Chester County Technical School, and she went on to take courses at Immaculata University. For over 35 years, Nancy worked in medical billing for several locations throughout the area.

Nancy's life revolved around her family, and she cherished the time she spent with them, especially her adoring grandchildren. With her outgoing spirit, she loved attending family parties and being with her tight-knit group of family and friends.

Nancy enjoyed spending time at the casinos, watching her favorite true crime television shows, listening to her morning radio talk-shows, and spending time outdoors. She was an animal lover, enjoyed playing bingo weekly, and listening to country music.

In addition to her parents, Nancy is survived by two children, Amanda Stevens, companion of Mason Tevis and Patrick O'Brien, companion of Shelby Schoonover; two grandchildren, Rayden and Oaklynn; three siblings, Morris Simes Jr., husband of Francis, William Simes, husband of Stacey, and Lisa Stutz, wife of Albert; and six nieces and nephews, Stephanie, Matthew, Brandon, Shawn, Morgan and Katelyn.
