Olga M. (Shivak) Evans, 87, of Phoenixville, PA passed away peacefully on Thursday, August 23, 2018 in the ManorCare Health Services, King of Prussia. Born on October 6, 1930 in Phoenixville, PA she was the daughter of the late Mary (Murgo) & John Shivak, and the loving wife of the late Edward Evans.

Olga is survived by her two children, Edward L. (Estelle) Evans, and Robert G. (Karen) Evans; she is also survived by three loving grandchildren, Tina M. Evans, Bobbi-Jo Evans, and Kaylee M. Evans; and one great-granddaughter, Morgan L. Shultz.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by her brother, John Shivak.

Family and friends are invited to attend the viewing for Olga on Monday, August 27, 2018 at the Campbell-Ennis-Klotzbach Funeral Home, 610 S. Main St. Phoenixville PA. 19460, from 10 to 10:50AM. Services will follow the visitation at 11:00AM at the funeral home. Burial will take place in the St. Paul's Episcopal Cemetery, 126 Black Rock Rd., Oaks PA 19456.
