Obituary

Patricia A. (Loar) Buzzerd, 79, wife of Robert N. Buzzerd, of Phoenixville, passed away on Wednesday, November 14, 2018 in Brandywine Hall, West Chester. Born on August 1, 1939 in Maysville, Missouri, she was the daughter of the late Margaret (Kephart) and Orien Thomas Loar.

Born to a Sergeant in the Air Force, Pat traveled the world until she was around 20 years of age. She graduated high school in Panama and one of her favorite places to live was Japan. Pat had a love for children and she took care of children in her home for many years. She had a love for antiques, and along with her husband, had owned the former Buzzerd's Nest Antique Store in Intercourse, PA.

In addition to her loving husband, Pat is survived by children:: Charles Nagle, of Rehoboth Beach, DE, Carl Nagle, of Muncy Valley, PA, Roxanne Robinson, of East Falls and Shawn, wife of John Rogers, of St. Peter's Village; grandchildren: Carl Nagle, Courtney (Nagle) Moyer, wife of Jeff Moyer, Joel Nagle, Paige (Rogers) Przybylowicz, wife of Jim Przybylowicz, Patrick Robinson, Cody Robinson, Sara Koster, wife of Brian Koster, Brandy Rogers, Morgan Rogers, Johnathan Rogers, Olivia Rogers and Brookelyn Rogers; great-grandchildren:
MaKenzi Koster, Krystal Koster and Baby Przybylowicz; brother: William "Butch" Loar, of Carsen, NM; nephew: Tory Loar; and niece: Natasha (Loar) Hammock. She was preceded in death by her children: Chad, Travis, Trevor and Jenny Lyn Buzzerd.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend her funeral service at the Zion Lutheran Church, 39 Bonnie Brae Road, Spring City, on Wednesday, November 21, 2018 at 11:00 am. Officiating will be Rev. Paul D. Townsend and Pastor John Shantz. Interment will follow in the Zion Lutheran Church Cemetery. Friends will be received from 9:30 am - 10:45 am Wednesday at the Church. Memorial contributions may be made in Pat's name to The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia Foundation, P.O. Box 781352, Philadelphia, PA 19178-1352, www.chop.edu/giving.
