Patricia E. Yurick (Epright), age 92, wife of the late John Yurick, formerly of Norristown, Pennsylvania and The Villages, Florida, passed away peacefully on Saturday, February 14, 2026. Born in Norristown, Pennsylvania, Patricia was the daughter of the late Louise (Minnick) Epright and George Epright. She was a graduate of Norristown High School and a longtime member of Lower Providence Presbyterian Church. In her later years, she resided at Morningside of Collegeville Assisted Living Facility.
Patricia enjoyed a successful career in real estate. In 1974, she founded Patricia E. Stevens Real Estate in Blue Bell, Pennsylvania, later relocating the business to East Norriton as Stevens-Korkus Real Estate. She also owned and operated the Fairthorne Bed and Breakfast in Cape May, New Jersey. During her retirement, Patricia spent time in Stone Harbor, New Jersey; Fort Myers, Florida; and The Villages, Florida, before returning to Pennsylvania to be closer to her family. She cherished time spent with her family and dear friends.
Patricia is survived by her stepchildren Cindy Gamble (Bill) of Eagleville, PA; Chris Yurick (Debbie) of Worcester, PA; and Brad Yurick of Willow Grove, PA. She is also survived by her grandchildren Alexander Gamble (Vickie), Evan Gamble (Kris Doty), Samantha Alexander (Scott), Jennifer Smerker (Michael), Olivia Yurick, and Jon Yurick; and her great- grandchildren Carson Alexander, Logan Alexander, Lucy Smerker, Alexander Gamble, Alyssa Long, Anthony Long, Ben Doty, and Nora Doty. She is further survived by her nieces Jill Lovecchio, Donna Stover (Tom), Diana King, and nephew John G. Parker Sr. (Kathy); her sister-in-laws Patricia Raeburn (Tom) and Kathy Kelley; her brother-in-law Larry Yurick (Mary Ann); many great-nieces and great-nephews; and her beloved cat, Missy. In addition to her husband, Patricia was preceded in death by her parents, George and Louise Epright, and late nephews Lawrence Parker Jr and Dennis King.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend her funeral service at Lower Providence Presbyterian Church, 3050 Ridge Pike, Norristown, PA 19403, on Saturday, February 28, 2026, at 11:00AM. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Friends will be received at the church from 10:00AM to 11:00AM.
