Patricia Helen Haines, age 76, wife of the late Robert R. Haines, of Spring City, PA, formerly of Phoenixville, PA, died Sunday, November 19, 2017 in the Thomas Jefferson University Hospital, Philadelphia, PA. Born on May 26, 1941 in Reading, PA, she was a daughter of the late Joseph and Helen Podlasek. She was a 1959 graduate of the Reading Central Catholic High School. Mrs. Haines worked as a Waitress for ValeRio Diner from 1986 until it closed.

Mrs. Haines is survived by Daughter, Barbara E. Zuazua, wife of Mauricio Zuazua, of Douglassville, PA; Son, Michael J. Haines of Reading, PA; Four Grandchildren, Robert, Ariane, Russell, Angelia; One Great Grandson, Dylan.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Funeral Ceremony at the Campbell-Ennis-Klotzbach Funeral Home, Inc, 610 South Main Street, Phoenixville, PA on Friday, November 24, 2017 at 10:30 am. Officiating will be Rev. Charles R. O'Hara. Burial will be held in the Holy Trinity Cemetery, Phoenixville, PA. Friends will be received from 9:30 am - 10:30 am Friday morning at the funeral home.
