Patricia J. Hoffman, formerly of Schwenksville, King of Prussia, and Collegeville passed away on Tuesday, September 11, 2012 at Parkhouse Providence Pointe. She was the widow of Herbert L. Hoffman who died in 1981.
She was born in Philadelphia to the late Joseph and Nellie (Fisher) Karpowicz. Mrs. Hoffman was employed for many years as an assembler at Johnson and Johnson in Audubon.

She is survived by her children: Beatrice Faye West, of Royersford; Janet Hoffman, of York; and William J. Hoffman and wife Patricia, of Warminster; grandchildren: Bridget, Nicholas, and Timothy Hoffman Amanda Donley and Cheryl West.

A Funeral Mass will be held on Monday, September 17, 2012 at 11:00 AM at Sacred Heart Church, Lewis Road at Walnut Street, Royersford, PA. Officiating will be Rev. Peter J. DiMaria. Visitation will be at Cattermole-Klotzbach Funeral Home on Monday from 9:30-10:30 AM. Burial will be private. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the charity of one's choice.
