Patricia Ann (Archer) Sadler, age 80, wife of Leroy H. Sadler, Jr. of Phoenixville, PA, passed away on Saturday, September 12, 2026 in the Phoenixville Hospital. Born on August 13, 1946 in Phoenixville, PA, she was the daughter of the late William and Helen (Vaulko) Archer.

Patty was a graduate of Phoenixville High School, and furthered her education at the Franklin School of Science and Arts in Philadelphia to obtain her degree as a Technical Medical Secretary.

She worked for 30 years at the Phoenixville Hospital, where she was instrumental in developing and implementing the Pre-Admission Testing Department. She went on to be a valued member of the team for 18 years at the Campbell-Ennis-Klotzbach and Cattermole-Klotzbach Funeral Homes.

In addition to her husband of 30 years, Patty is survived by one son, Brian Benjamin, fiance of Christine Deery; one granddaughter, Kayla Benjamin, fiance Nick Entress; and two loving great-granddaughters, Ava and Hazel. She was preceded in death by her step-son, Leroy H. Sadler, III.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend her funeral service in the Campbell-Ennis-Klotzbach Funeral Home, Inc., 610 Main Street, Phoenixville, PA on Monday, September 21, 2026 at 11:00 am. Officiating will be Rev. John Hutter. Friends will be received from 9:30 am - 11:00 am in the funeral home on Monday morning. Burial will be held privately. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in her name to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital by visiting stjude.org/donate.
