Paul A. Kratz, 62, loving husband of Barbara (Brecht) Kratz, of Phoenixville, Pennsylvania, passed away peacefully on Wednesday March 13, 2019 in the Paoli Hospital. Born on January 5, 1957 in Grand View Hospital in Sellersville he was a son of the late Clarence & Corienne Kratz.

Paul demonstrated his diligent work ethic through his work at Central Property Appraisers. Those who knew Paul will remember him by his steadfast commitment to maintaining Pickering Meadow Farm. He enjoyed sitting outside on his porch in the evenings, watching the horses, playing with the dogs and enjoying the sun. Paul had the unique ability to cherish life’s simple pleasures, from grilling a delicious meal for his family and friends to sitting on the beach reading a good book, Paul lived for each simple moment surrounded by the people he cared about. He was a loving husband, step‐father, brother, and dear friend to all and he will be missed by many.

In addition to his loving wife Barbara, he is survived by his three step‐daughters, Madeline Anderson, Dana Wolfe, and Stephanie Pye, their husbands Daniel Wolfe and Robert Pye, and five grandchildren. He is also survived by his two sisters, Louise (Bob) Greene, and Judy (Dave)
Fellman; and many loving nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the visitation for Paul on Saturday, March 23, 2019 at The Washington at Historic Yellow Springs in Chester Springs PA from 9:00am-10:30am, followed by a memorial service and brunch. The address is 1701 Art School Road, Chester Springs PA 19425
