Philip B. Pitchford, age 88, husband of Cynthia Pitchford of Pottstown, PA, passed away on Monday, June 12, 2023 in the Sanatoga Center. Born on July 18, 1934 in Amelia Court House, VA, he was the son of the late William and Daisy (Shepperson) Pitchford.

Mr. Pitchford worked as a tractor trailer driver for Wonder Bread for 37 years. He enjoyed walking with his grandson Michael, taking long drives taking in the scenery, and exploring the outdoors.

In addition to his wife, Mr. Pitchford is survived by his three sons, Philip Tillery, Darryl Pitchford, and Michael, husband of Kwanzaa Pitchford; two grandchildren, Darrell Pitchford and Michael Pitchford Jr.; one sister, Gladys Taylor; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his ten siblings.
