Philip E. Russell, age 70, husband of Priscilla J. (Brown) Russell, of Lower Pottsgrove, PA died early Friday morning, September 2, 2011 in the Manor Care Nursing Home, Pottstown, PA. Born in Binghamton, NY, he was a son of the late Earl A., and Helen I. (Moore) Russell. He attended school in Bainbridge, NY. Mr. Russell worked for many years as a bookkeeper at the Norristown Ford Car dealership in Norristown, PA.

In addition to his wife of 42 years, Mr. Russell is survived by three children; Cynthia L. Russell, of Pottstown, Jeffrey A., husband of Maureen McGee, of Virginia, Scott S. Russell, of Pottstown, PA, five siblings; Shirley (Roger) Fletcher, Carole Smith, Katherine (Elmer) Van Gorder, Arthur (Betty) Russell, Ruth (Robert) Wilson, and many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. Mr. Russell was pre-deceased by one sister; Beverly Williams.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral service at the Cattermole-Klotzbach Funeral Home, 600 Washington Street, Royersford, PA on Tuesday, September 6, 2011 at 10:30AM. Burial will be held privately at the convenience of the family. Friends will be received from 9:30 - 10:30 AM Tuesday at the funeral home.
