Phyllis (Dering) Fulmer, age 90, wife of the late Gene L. Fulmer, of Upper Providence, passed away on Friday, March 4, 2022 in the Parkhouse Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. Born on June 21, 1931 in Saratoga Springs, New York, she was a daughter of the late Edra (Cudney) Dering and the late John H. and Ruth Dering.

Phyllis was a graduate of the former A.D. Eisenhower High School in Norristown. She was an avid reader and enjoyed watching the Philadelphia Phillies.

Mrs. Fulmer is survived by her children: Dennis J., husband of Chris Fulmer, of Chambersburg, David J. Fulmer, of Douglassville and Lori Fulmer of Phoenixville; four grandchildren, Allen Fulmer, Joshua Fulmer, Phillip Fulmer, and Brandie Fulmer; one great-grandson, Calvin; and a son-in-law Steven Meyer.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend her funeral service on Thursday, March 10, 2022, at 12:00 pm at the Cattermole - Klotzbach Funeral Home, 600 Washington Street, Royersford, PA. Interment will follow in the Limerick Garden of Memories. Friends will be received from 11:00 am - 12:00 pm at the funeral home.
