Pietro Tammaro, age 62, husband of Joan M. (Frey) Tammaro, of Phoenixville, PA, passed away on Wednesday, July 12, 2017 in the Phoenixville Hospital. Born on March 14, 1955 in Italy, he was a son of the late Giovanni and Maria Grazia (Dellaquilla) Tammaro.

Mr. Tammaro worked as a truck driver for Bartlett Sealcoating in Collegeville. He loved to be working and driving truck, and if he wasn't working, he wasn't happy. He enjoyed riding motorcycles, and loved the time he spent with his grandchildren and attending cook outs at his children's homes.

Mr. Tammaro is survived by three sons, John, husband of Melissa Tammaro of Reading, Pietro M. Tammaro of Douglassville, PA, and Mark Tammaro of Douglassville, PA; one daughter, Christina Marie, wife of Avery Yanchek of Exeter, PA; three grandchildren, Hayden Yanchek, Liam Yanchek, and Hunter Tammaro; and one brother, Domenico Tammaro of Phoenixville.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend his funeral ceremony at the Good Shepherd Chapel at Limerick Garden of Memories, 44 Swamp Pike, Royersford, PA on Saturday, July 15, 2017 at 10:00 am. Officiating will be Father Nicholas de Prospero. Burial will be held in the Limerick Garden of Memories. Friends will be received from 9:00 am - 10:00 am Saturday in the Chapel.
