Raymond Anthony Cocozza, of Schuylkill Twp. PA, passed away on July 25, 2014 at Seasons Hospice of Phoenixville. He was the husband of Joan A. (Pryor) Cocozza.

He was born in Philadelphia to the late Achille and Xaviera “Kitty” (Spiewak) Cocozza. Raymond was a teacher at Bala Cynwyd Middle School. He was also a member of St. Ann’s R.C. Church. He was a devoted family man, adventurous traveler, avid photograper, and voracious reader.

In addition to his wife of forty-two years, he is survived by a daughter, Christine J. Cocozza, of Pottstown, PA; brother, Michael Cocozza and wife Nancy, of Langhorne, PA and several nieces and nephews. He was also preceded in death by a brother, Philip “Duke” Cocozza, husband of Mary, of Elkins Park, PA.

A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Wednesday, July 30, 2014 at 6:00 PM at St. Ann Chapel, Main St. at Fourth Avenue, Phoenixville, PA. Officiating will be Rev. John J. Newns.
